How it works
A clear, controlled four-step process takes your part from raw resin to finished, inspected product.
Step 1
We melt high-grade plastic resins like HDPE, PP, or PET to the optimal temperature.
Step 2
A hollow tube (parison) is extruded or a preform is injection-moulded.
Step 3
The parison/preform is placed in a mould and compressed air blows it to take the shape of the mould.
Step 4
The part cools, hardens, and is ejected for quality inspection.
